"Really clean car, super comfy ride"

"Quick booking, but instructions could be clearer"

"My go-to when I need a ride fast"
I use Revel often, and as someone who really hates standing around waiting for a ride, it’s been a solid option for me. There’s usually a car close by, and the wait times have been short, even late at night. It just makes getting around the city feel a lot less stressful.

"Pricing was way too unclear"
I liked a few things about the site at first, so I figured it was probably fine to move forward. But once I got further in, the pricing started feeling really unclear, and I felt kind of stupid for trusting them before I fully understood what I’d be charged.
I don’t mind paying for a service if the cost is laid out but this felt like too much digging just to figure out the real price. Fees should be obvious from the start, not something you only piece together later.

"The driver was nice enough, but the..."
The driver was nice enough, but the whole ride felt a bit hurried. I didn’t feel unsafe exactly, but it seemed like they were rushing through everything, which made it harder to just relax and enjoy the trip.
